Super App! Gute Informationen! Eine echte Hilfe!
Highly recommend for anybody with histamine intolerance.
App seems good but after spending 5.99 for app they want 2.99 more to unlock items that should have been included in the first place.
Have used this app for a couple of years now and find it quite helpful. I would like to see the food list expanded and add a shopping list
I am dealing with a histamine intolerance right now and this app is proving a very useful reference. Thank you so much for creating this app and look forward to any new additions. They are super at keeping this app updated and i so much appreciate having apps out there that deal with allergies/intolerances.
I bought many books to help me identify foods that cause me digestive and bad reactions; but it is very difficult to use on a day tomday basis; at last, this program is a pratical solution that help me plan my meals and avoid problem foods; also, I can use the french names of food Im looking for.
This app contains information for thèse suffering of a food intolerance. You can filter the food according to your food intolerance. You can get how much Sugar, fructose, histamine, etc. there is in Each food. I strongly recommend it. The best one!
Dealing with too many different intolerances to remember everything. Using the provided settings I was able to get a good starting point and it alerted me to many foods I hadnt realized were the problem (I had been blaming the wrong thing and continuing to eat harmful stuff) You can also change individual foods if you start to notice a pattern of something painful Now I can eat meals and continue my day as normal lol
Broccoli, pears, cauliflower, lattuce and other foods have lactose! This app doesnt consider this!
Youve really helped me out, thanks!
Overall this is a great app for combining various food intolerances into one comprehensive guide. Very useful! For future updates, I would love to see the available filters include a more detailed breakdown for those following a FODMAP diet. Right now this app groups FOFMAP foods under two categories (fructose & sorbitol intolerance), but doesnt provide a filter for oglios or polyols like the Monash University FODMAP app does. I would also love to see Tyramine as an available filter as well. Right now tyramine info is buried in the comments section as opposed to being a separate filter.
If you think you have an intolerance or sensitivity Histamines, Get this App! If you are tired of Googling trying to find the Histamine content of Foods, Get this app! It breaks down many more sensitivities as well, Gluten and more. It was an eye opener for me and will help me steer around the minefield potential food problems.
This app has an amazing amount of information on it. Well worth the price!
Lots of allergens are color-coded that are not often easy to track in foods. This app makes it a lot easier. =) There is also lots of scientific information about the allergens that I didnt previously know. Also, when I emailed the maker a question, they replied very quickly with an answer. I highly recommend this!
This app has a lot of good information.
This app is a must-have for anyone with diet restrictions. It is the best app available. Perfect for those with more than one food restriction. I love being able to use it off line too. I am so thankful for this app and my health depends on it.
I could not love without this app. Actually have been able to plan meals better and shop more freely due to having immediate access to food aversive information. Thank you!
This app is absolutely amazing. In addition to the lactose intolerance I’ve always had, I was just diagnosed with fructose malabsorbtion. Unlike with lactose, I found it very complicated to figure out which foods have excess fructose. Many are not so obvious. I have books at home but I always find myself stuck when I’m out and about. This app not only tells me if I can eat it or not, but also explains it nicely by discussing oligosaccharides, disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols. It’s priceless.
