THIS APP IS A LIFE SAVER

Cant live with out this app! Very user friendly and well researched. After being diagnosed with Histamine Intolerance, it was SO stressful figuring out what I could eat without having a reaction. This app takes out all the guess work and educates you. Easy to use on the go. I am so thankful to have found it!
